There's a few reasons why you should have a vision:
1. It guides your team members in the right direction towards achieving common goals.
2. It helps align the team members towards a common purpose and focus their attention on the big picture and their efforts on what truly matters.
3. It provides a sense of direction and clarity, reducing confusion and misunderstanding among team members.
4. It encourages collaboration and cooperation as team members understand how their individual contributions fit into the overall vision.
5. It helps in decision-making, by providing a framework for evaluating and prioritising tasks and opportunities.
6. It brings the team together by fostering creativity and innovation to inspire team members to think outside the box and find new ways to achieve the vision.
